Windows XP Registry Cleaner – Why Is It Of Value To You?

April 13th, 2010

This is the common experience of computer users who do not have a Windows XP registry cleaner on their system. They spend hours if not days or weeks selecting the perfect computer and installing software to make it functional. It speeds right along, enabling them to get tons of work done. Then, it starts to move a little slower. Then a little slower yet, until it is barely creeping along. The error messages that no one understands start popping up as well.

The best windows XP registry cleaner on the market right now is hand down Registry Easy. It is designed to scan through your entire Windows XP registry in a matter of minutes and deliver a list of errors found. Since most slowdowns are caused by changes in this registry over time, the only way to speed your system back up is to fix the registry.

Most people do not realize that owning a computer requires maintenance for the registry. This lack of knowledge leads many people to live years with a slow computer, or to continually replace their computer because it is so incredibly slow. The slowdown problem is common, but it doesn’t require a complete replacement of the computer.

You don’t need to replace your computer at all. You just need to repair the registry. Every time you add or delete software or other programs to your system, you are creating a bigger mess out of your registry. Cleaning up the mess can give you a system that operates like new.

Within a couple minutes, the program will locate every error and clean up the registry so it runs faster. You can even allow the program to automatically fix every problem it finds for you.

For those who would prefer making this type of change to their system personally, there is a better way around doing it yourself. Trying to locate and fix errors in the registry is not only time consuming, but if you are not an expert you could make a mistake that totally ruins your system.

Or, you could use your windows XP registry cleaner to quickly scan and detect the errors, but opt to approve every error before having it corrected. This process allows you to see exactly what is being fixed and make all the decisions yourself, but you save tons of time.

Anyone with a Windows XP computer needs to get their free scan of Registry Easy today. It will deliver a list of problems found within the system registry, with no obligation to sign up for the fulll windows XP registry cleaner and have them fixed.

Why Should I Consider XP Registry Cleaners For My Computer?

February 4th, 2010

When it comes to XP registry cleaners, not many people are aware of how it really works so computer software companies often market it as the only way to keep your computer from “self-destructing.” Well maybe that was a bit dramatic, but there is still some truth to it: you do need to clean the registry once in a while in order to keep it at its optimal performance. After all, most of us have at some point, uttered the words “Help! Speed up my computer!”

You have to understand the registry in order to see why a cleaner is so important. Developed for Windows 3.1, the registry was a central location that was intended to speed up the process of programs loading their INI files. While it is fairly outdated with modern versions of Windows, the registry is still there doing its job and causing headaches. The problem with the registry is that it can’t clean up after itself. When you remove programs, they leave behind little pieces of themselves in the registry and can cause clogs when your computer tries to search the registry for the information it needs.

This is where Vista and XP registry cleaners can help. They are extremely simple programs that parse your registry for unused files and remove them. They require very little input on your part, which is a good thing since the registry was not designed for the average person to understand. Once the cleaner has gone through and removed or repaired the bad files, your programs have to do a lot less work to find the files they need.

The real problem in getting a registry cleaner is deciding which one to use. Sure, you can download some very basic freeware, but there is always reason to suspect that these programs could be loaded with spyware or other intrusive malware. Even if they are clean, you are still entrusting your registry, a very delicate part of your OS, to a piece of software that someone isn’t even asking money for. If you do still plan on using the free versions, at least make sure you run a registry backup before you do any cleaning. Since you get no support from free programs, you’re out of luck if something should go wrong.

A good registry cleaner should be a part of any PC’s regular maintenance. You run scan disk, defrag and anti virus software to make sure that your computer is functioning as well as it can, so why not take it a little further and clean up the registry as well? If you have never run Vista or XP registry cleaners on your system before, you might be pleasantly surprised at the performance increase you can get from performing such a simple task.

Windows XP Registry Cleaner – Why Is It Of Value To You?

December 4th, 2009

This is the common experience of computer users who do not have a Windows XP registry cleaner on their system. They spend hours if not days or weeks selecting the perfect computer and installing software to make it functional. It speeds right along, enabling them to get tons of work done. Then, it starts to move a little slower. Then a little slower yet, until it is barely creeping along. The error messages that no one understands start popping up as well.

It is actually not a big mystery why most systems start to slow down like this. With time, changes in the registry create issues which lead to the slowdown and the error messages. The only way to get the system back to faster speeds is to fix the registry. That is exactly what high quality windows XP registry cleaners such as Registry Easy are designed to do.

Few people realize when they bring home their computer that it will need registry fixes on a regular basis. That is why for many people the slowdown in the system over time continues to seem like a mystery. For some, it may seem like a conspiracy to force them into purchasing a newer or faster system.

Every time software or other types of programs are added into or deleted from a computer system, the system registry goes through changes. It is essentially left a jumbled mess with time, which causes major slowdowns or even complete system crashes. Instead of constantly replacing the computer, you can run a registry repair to put things back in order.

In just a few minutes you will have a list of all of the errors found on your computer and even opt to have them automatically corrected.

If you have reservations about allowing a computer program to make changes to your registry, you are not alone. Some people who prefer to keep total control over their system spend hours, weeks, and months at a time trying to figure out the issues causing their system slowdown. They get control, but run the risk of making mistakes that crash the entire system.

A safer way to remain the control while using a windows XP registry cleaner is to use a program such as Registry Easy, but do not allow the automatic corrections. In just a couple minutes you will have a complete list of everything that needs fixed, and then you can personally select which ones to correct and which ones to leave.

Anyone with a Windows XP computer needs to get their free scan of Registry Easy today. It will deliver a list of problems found within the system registry, with no obligation to sign up for the fulll windows XP registry cleaner and have them fixed.

The next component that a good registry cleaner needs is to be able to serve as a backup.

This part of a registry cleaner software is truly an important aspect. This is because when the software is cleaning up your computer's registry, some unexpected errors or problems may occur. Are Registry Cleaners Bad or Good

August 3rd, 2009

For a long time there has been a battle brewing among IT admins and computer repair experts like myself.  The argument revolves around registry cleaners and if they do more harm than good.

I will 100% agree that there are plenty of junk registry cleaners out there that are very poor and they do more harm than good.  However on the flip side of that there are plenty of top registry cleaners programs out there that do a fantastic job at not only repairing registry damage and cleaning out invalid entries but many of them do so much more.

In almost every single case I use a registry cleaning program to not only clean the registry but also fine tune the computer.  Even if I came out there to let's say remove spyware or a virus I still use it as a great tool to help me remove the virus.  You see in the past these cleaners only did one thing and that was take care of the registry.  Now a days they do so much more.Any good registry program out there is going to be able to remove junk temp files that are stored all over your computer.  Many have far better user interfaces to help manage what programs are auto starting on you so you can eliminate the ones you do not use often.  This one feature alone in my opinion makes them a great program for people to use even if they don’t use the program to clean out there registry.

Broken shortcuts and invalid links can have a big effect on a computer as well.Just having one broken shortcut on your desktop can actually slow your boot time by up to 30 seconds.  I see it all the time and that is why when I am out in the field I use the best registry cleaners program.
It is important to note once again that there are plenty of one's out there that can cause more good than bad.  For many experts is easy to tell what programs not to use.  for the novice it can be hard.  One clear indicator is every registry cleaner should have an auto backup feature or at least prompt you to do a full backup of the registry before you clean it.  If it does not then don't use it.  Even in the best circumstances things can go wrong.  You will always need to make a backup of your registry before you clean it.Many of the lower grade client do not auto prompt you or even sugest you backup your registry.

Another good way to tell if a program is any good is to look at what the features are within the program.  If it's just a registry scanner and nothing else then chances are the program has not been out that long and you should not use it.  I cannot think of one top rated registry cleaner that does not have several options to it.
