How often should I backup my data file?
You should backup your data file every day. Depending on the size of your data file, you may or may not be able to save it to a floppy disk. If the file becomes too large to fit on a floppy, you should either save it to another computer on your network (if you’re running a network), or save it to a zip drive. Create multiple locations for your backup data file and rotate where you save your data file. For example, create an Odd Day backup file and an Even Day file.Yes!
