Yes! We have written conversion programs to convert patient demographic information and code tables from other companies.You should backup your data file every day. Depending on the size of your data file, you may or may not be able to save it to a floppy disk. If the file becomes too large to fit on a floppy, you should either save it to another computer on your network (if you’re running a network), or save it to a zip drive. What reporting capabilities does the software have?
The system comes with a powerful user-friendly custom report generator program which allows you to create your own custom reports and allows you to name them and run them as often as you desire.If your software can output the HCFA data as noted above, then we can process your claims for you. However, we do not directly “talk” to your medical billing software for any sort of confirmation process. Also, we cannot circumvent your software and change your claim data. If you have an issue with your software then you must take it up with your software company.
Do you offer free upgrades and enhancements?
Yes. As long as our software support agreement is in force you will receive all upgrades and enhancements to our software at no charge. Do you have after business hours emergency support? Yes.
